Additional Information

Alternative name Delta-like 4(DLL4)
Immunogen CHO cells expressing murine Dll4
Isotype IgG
Clone HMD4-1
Description The Notch receptors and their ligands are highly conserved from invertebrates to mammals. The Delta-like 4 (Dll4) isone of the four or five Notch ligands identified. The binding to Notch receptor results in the proteolysis of Notch andmovement of intracellular portion of Notch into the nucleus. This translocation triggers a series of signaling process.Delta-like 4 is reported to be essential for the regulation of angiogenesis. In thymus, Dll4 is an essential Notch1 ligandresponsible for T cell lineage commitment.

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx.0.25 ug per million cells in 100 ul volume. Itis recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAPC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated APC andunconjugated antibody.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C.
Restrictions For Research Use only
