Application Details
| Application Notes | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: ELISA as capture antibody or detection antibody, stimulation of B cell proliferation, and immunohistochemistry of acetone-fixed frozen sections. |
| Purification | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. Thesolution is free of unconjugated biotin. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. |
| Storage | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze. |
