Description
CD200R, also known as OX2R, is a membrane glycoprotein with up to 70% of its weight derived from N-linkedglycosylation. CD200R is expressed primarily by monocytes and neutrophils but also by other leukocytes including Tlymphocytes and mast cells. The interaction between CD200 and CD200R may contribute to pathways that suppressand limit macrophage induced inflammatory damage in tissue.

Application Notes
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application.
