Additional Information
| Immunogen | Retinoblastoma cell line (Weri-RB-1 cells) |
| Isotype | IgG1, kappa chain |
| Clone | W7C6 |
| Description | The W7C6 antibody was generated by immunization with Weri-RB-1 cells. It reacts with mesenchymal stem cells andsome tested neoplastic cell lines (HT29, Hela, MCF-7, REH). Further studies have shown that W7C6 antigen isidentical to protein tyrosine phosphatase LAR. Mesenchymal stem cells or MSCs are originally name as bone marrowstromal cells. They are a population of adult stem cells with a large capacity for self-renewal and multipotency fordifferentiation into a variety of cell types including osteoblasts, chondrocytes, myocytes, adipocytes, beta-pancreaticislets cells and certain neuronal cells. MSCs reside in many tissues, such as bone marrow, placenta, adipose tissue, adult peripheral blood, fetal blood, skin, as well as liver and lung. Besides their plasticity for tissue repair, MSCs alsoexhibit a powerful immunosuppressive activity and play important role in supporting hematopoiesis. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application. |
| Purification | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withbiotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. |
| Storage | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze. |
| Restrictions | For Research Use only |
