Description
CD48 is a 45Kd GPI-anchored glycoprotein, a member of Ig-superfamily, expressed on T, B andmonocytes/macrophages. It plays a role in adhesion and T cell recognition. The primary ligands for CD48 are CD2and CD244.

Application Notes
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.
