| Description | Signal Regulatory Proteins (SIRPs) comprise a family of several transmembrane glycoproteins (SIRPalpha, SIRPbeta, andSIRPgamma) that belong to immunoglobulin superfamily. SIRPgamma is also known as CD172g or SIRPbeta2 which is primarilyexpressed on T cells and a subpopulation of B cells. Like CD172a, the ligand of CD172g is CD47. But the bindingaffinity with CD172g is lower than CD172a. The biological functions of CD172g include regulation of T-celltransendothelial migration and induction of T cell apoptosis. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is 20 ul per million cells or 20 ul per 100 ul ofwhole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application. Additional reported applications include: blocks T-cell transendothelial migration |
| Purification | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withFITC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated FITC andunconjugated antibody. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA). |
| Storage | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
| Restrictions | For Research Use only |
