Additional Information

Alternative name CD276 (B7-H3)
Isotype IgG2a, kappa chain
Clone RTAA15
Description B7-H3 is a member of the B7 gene family. It has 88% amino acid sequence identity with human B7-H3. It is mostlyexpressed on professional APCs, including B cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells. Its expression on dendritic cellsappears to be up-regulated by LPS. B7-H3 protein inhibits T cell activation and cytokine production. It was reportedthat monoclonal antibody against B7-H3 enhanced T cell proliferation in vitro and led to exacerbated EAE in vivo. Therefore, B7-H3 may be a negative regulator on T cell activation and function.

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.
Purity LEAF
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. 0.2 um filtersterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/ug of the protein (< 0.01 ng/ug of theprotein) as determined by the LAL test.
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C.
Restrictions For Research Use only
