Additional Information

Immunogen E. coli-expressed, recombinant mouse IL-2
Isotype IgG2b, kappa chain
Clone JES6-5H4
Description IL-2 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which exerts its biological activity primarily on T cells. Additionally, IL-2 hasbeen found to stimulate growth and differentiation of B cells, NK cells, LAK cells, monocytes, and oligodendrocytes. The JES6-5H4 antibody reacts with mouse interleukin-2 (IL-2). This is a neutralizing antibody.

Application Details

Application Notes This reagent is developed for immunofluorescent staining for flow cytometricanalysis, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ulvolume. It is highly recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.* Pacific Blue
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withPacific Blue
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
