| Description | CD245 is a 220-250 kD transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as p220/240, DY12 or DY35. It is expressed onperipheral blood lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, and platelets. The expression level of CD245 onlymphocytes can be upregulated after 3-7 days stimulation with PHA. It has been reported that CD245 is involved insignal transduction and costimulation of T and NK cells. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is 20 ul per million cells or 20 ul per 100 ul ofwhole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application. |
| Purification | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withPE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE andunconjugated antibody. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA). |
| Storage | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
| Restrictions | For Research Use only |
