Additional Information

Alternative name FcRL6
Isotype IgG2b, kappa chain
Clone 2H3
Description Fc receptor-like proteins (FcRLs) are a family of molecules homologous to the receptors of Ig Fc portion. Theystructurally belong to Ig superfamily. Human FCRL genes are located in 1q12-23 chromosomal region. FcRL6 is atype I transmembrane glycoprotein and is primarily expressed on NK cells and a subset of T cells (mainly CD8+ Tcells). Its expression can be upregulated in the diseases characterized by chronic immune stimulation, such as HIVinfection. FcRL6 has a consensus ITIM or a noncanonical ITAM and can be tyrosine phosphorylated. The ligands andfunctions of this molecule still remain unclear.

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 ul per million cells or 20 ul per 100 ul of wholeblood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withPE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE andunconjugated antibody.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Restrictions For Research Use only
