Description
|
Developmental pluripotency-associated (Dppa) 4 is one such uncharacterized gene expressed in ES cells. Dppa4 hasbeen originally identified as a gene expressed in mouse early embryos with other factors named Dppa1, Dppa2, andDppa5. The expression of Dppa4 is restricted to early developmental stages and germ cells including primordial germcells, gonads, and testis.
