Description
Chromosomal translocation of the MALT1 is associated with the formation of MALT B-cell lymphomas. MALT1, together with BCL-10 and CARMA1 are essential mediators of NF-kB and JNK activation in response to thetriggering of antigen-specific T and B cell receptors. The role of MALT1 in NF-kB regulation is now extended to NK,myeloid cells, mast cells and other immune and non-immune cells expressed G-protein coupled receptors.

Application Notes
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5-1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or 100 ulof whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
