Specificity: This antibody AP08028PU detects endogenous levels of TrkB only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 705.

Purification: Immunoaffinity Chromatography: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human TrkB around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 705 (T-D-Y P-Y-R).

Application Details

Application Notes: Western Blot (1/500-1/1000).

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
