Specificity: This antibody reacts with CD117 also known as Kit or c-kit receptor. Clone 2B8 recognises an epitope within the extracellular region of CD117.

Immunogen: IL-3 dependent mast cells. Spleen cells from immunised Wistar rats were fused with cells of the Fox-NY mouse myeloma cell line.

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 10^6 cells.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
