Description
|
CD162 is a 120kD molecule also known as P-Selectin Glycoprotein Ligand I (PSGL-1). CD162 is the major counter receptor for P-selectin and is involved in neutrophil attachment and rolling to endothelium. In peripheral blood CD162 is expressed by monocytes, granulocytes, T cells and some B cells. Alternate Names: PSGL-1.

This antibody recognises the CD162 cell surface glycoprotein. This antibody is not a blocking antibody.

Application Notes
|
Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of 1/50 diluted antibody to label 10e6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen and Paraffin Sections (1/200-1/1000): This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Recommended positive control: Tonsil. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
