Alternative Name KRIT1 / CCM1 (KRIT1 Antibody Abstract)
Background All names and symbols: KRIT1, KRIT1, ankyrin repeat containing , CAM, CCM1 , ankyrin repeat-containing protein Krit1, cerebral cavernous malformations 1, krev interaction trapped 1. Official Symbol: KRIT1. RefSeq number(s): NP_004903.2, NP_919436.1, NP_919437.1, NP_919438.1, NP_001013424.1
Gene ID 889, 79264
Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in lysates of several Human tissues and cell lines gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1µg/ml). We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?
