Description IFN-alpha is produced by macrophages, IFN-alpha has antiviral activities and stimulates the production of two enzymes: a protein kinase and an oligoadenylate synthetase. (Does Not work in Western Blotting). This is a Neutralizing antibody.

Application Notes By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.5 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
