Immunogen Purified mouse LPS-activated B cells
Isotype IgG2a  (Matching secondary antibodies)
Clone MB7-1
Description The B-lymphocyte activation antigen B7-1 provides regulatory signals for T lymphocytes as a consequence of binding to the CD28 and CTLA4 ligands of T cells CD-80 is involved in the costimulatory signal essential for t- lymphocyte activation. t-cell proliferation and cytokine production is induced by the binding of cd28 or ctla-4 to this receptor. Synonyms: LAB7, CD28LG, CD28LG1, CD28LG1, B71.
