Description
The B-lymphocyte activation antigen B7-1 provides regulatory signals for T lymphocytes as a consequence of binding to the CD28 and CTLA4 ligands of T cells CD-80 is involved in the costimulatory signal essential for t- lymphocyte activation. t-cell proliferation and cytokine production is induced by the binding of cd28 or ctla-4 to this receptor. Synonyms: LAB7, CD28LG, CD28LG1, CD28LG1, B71.

Application Notes
Blocking and staining antibody. For staining, use 10 ul/106 cells. Titer for blocking T cell activation should be determined by the investigator. Available Conjugates: This antibody is only available as purified antibody.
