Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (1:1600), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1600 to 1:16000 using pNPP, p-nitrophenyl phosphate, as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
