| Application Notes | Western blotting: At 1-2u/ml with the appropriate system to detect NMDAR2A in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections): At 0.5-1u/ml to detect NMDAR2A in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Immunocytochemistry Suitable Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user. |
