| Application Notes | Western blotting: At 0.25-0.5 µg/ml with the appropriate system to detect myosin(smooth) in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections): At 0.5-1 µg/ml to detect myosin(smooth) in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Immunohistochemistry(F) At 0.5-1 µg/ml to detect myosin(smooth) in formalin or acetone fixed tissues. Immunocytochemistry suitable Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end user. |
