Description Gene: Histone H1
Specificity This antibody specifically binds to the Histone H1 protein found in nucleosomes of all eukaryotic cells. Differences between H1 subfractions of one species are greater than the differences across species. No cross-reactivity was observed with other Histone core proteins H2a, H2b, H3 or H4. Species cross-reactivity: Cross-reacts with all Mammals. It does not cross-react with the chicken linker histones H1 or H5.
