Additional Information

UniProt Q9C0C7
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the internal region of human Activating molecule in BECN1 regulated autophagy protein 1 (AMBRA1, AMRA1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in mouse.
Format Lyophilized
Isotype IgG
Description Function: Regulatesautophagy and development of the nervous system. Involved inautophagy in controlling protein turnover during neuronal development, and in regulating normal cell survival and proliferation. Subcellular location: Cytoplasmic vesicle › autophagosome Also known as: Activating molecule in BECN1-regulatedautophagy protein 1, AMBRA1, AMRA1.
Specificity Appears to be specific for AMBRA1.

Application Details

Application Notes IHC, WB. Use at a concentration of 10-50 µg/ml. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
Purity IgG
Storage Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
