Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the n-terminal region of human CACNA2D1 (CACNL2A) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is identical in rabbit and shares 90% identity with the corresponding sequences in mouse and rat.
