Seems to be also activated by intracellular calcium store depletion. SUBUNIT: Interacts with TRPC3. Interacts with ITPR3. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Seems to be ubiquitous. Also known as: Menthol receptor.
Specificity Appears to be specific for TRPM8.

Application Notes IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 3000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
