Description: FUNCTION: Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in varioustransmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction. SUBUNIT: G proteins are composed of 3 units, alpha, beta and gamma. Also known as: Transducin beta chain 3, GNB3, Guanine nucleotide binding protein subunit beta-3.

Specificity: Appears to be specific for GBB3.

Application Notes: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1: 300 to 1: 5000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
