Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the HECT domain of human NEDD4 (NEDD-4, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase NEDD4) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat and mouse.
Specificity Appears to be specific for NEDD4.
Purification The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
