Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the WW1 domain of mouse NEDD4 (NEDD-4, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase NEDD4) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen. The antigen shares 96% identity with human NEDD4.
Specificity Specific for P2RX6.
Purification The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
