Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the n-terminal (cytoplasmic) domain of mouse NEDD4 WW domain binding protein 5 (Ndfip1, NFIP1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen. The antigen shares 96% identity with human and rat Ndfip1.
