Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from the cytoplasmic domain of rat P2X5 (P2RX5, P2X purinoceptor 5, ATP receptor) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen. The antigen shares 90% identity with mouse sequence.

Application Details

Application Notes: IHC, WB (confirmed by recombinant protein). A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
