FUNCTION: May play a role in vesicle trafficking and exocytosis. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Cell membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Note: Cytoplasmic, and associated with vesicular membranes and the plasma membrane. TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Detected in hippocampus and cerebellum. Also known as: Tomosyn-2, Lethal(2) giant larvae protein homolog 4, Stxbp5l, Llgl4, LLGL4, STB5L.

IHC, WB (confirmed by recombinant protein). A concentration of 10-50 µg/ml recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
