Background Function: May function as one of the major voltage-gated Ca2+ channel (VDCC) across the plasma membrane.
Subcellular location: Membrane, Multi-pass membrane protein.
Tissue specificity: Highest expression found in the heart and kidney, and lowest expression found in the spleen. Also known as: Two pore calcium channel protein 1, Voltage-dependent calcium channel protein TPC1, TPCN1.
Pathways
Application Notes A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended.
The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not tested in other applications.

Reconstitution Reconstitute in 500 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
Handling Advice Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
