Subcellular location: Membrane, Multi-pass membrane protein (Probable).
Tissue specificity: Expressed exclusively invomeronasal organ neurons (sensory microvilli). SIMILARITY: Belongs to the transient receptor family, STrpC subfamily. SIMILARITY: Contains 3 ANK repeats Also known as: Short transient receptor potential channel 2, rTRP2, Trp2, Trpc2 transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 2, Trrp2.

Application Notes A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended.
