Description: FUNCTION: May participate in the activation of NFKB1 in response to ligation of TNFRSF1A. Could serve as a scaffolding protein to link TNFRSF1A to the IKK signalosome. SUBUNIT: Constitutively associated with TNFRSF1A. Directly interacts with TRADD, TRAF2, CHUK, IKBKB and IKBKG. Also known as: Trpc4-associated protein, TRUSS, short transient receptor potential channel 4-associated protein, Trp4-associated protein, TAP1 protein, TNF-receptor ubiquitous scaffolding/signaling protein, C20orf188, TRRP4AP, TP4AP, Rabex-5/Rin2-interacting protein.

Application Notes: IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 2000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.
