Application Details

Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry: 1/50-1/200 using polymer system or streptavidin-biotin system. Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cell smears do requireantigen retrieval (boiling tissue in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 minutes, followed bycooling to RT for 10-15 minutes). Positive Control: Human muscle or sarcomas.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
