Immunogen This antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide selected from the C-terminal region of human TRAIP.
Isotype Ig
Specificity This antibody detects TRAIP (C-term).
Purification Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Name TRAIP / RNF206 (TRAIP Antibody Abstract)
Background TRAIP is a protein that contains an N-terminal RING finger motif and a putative coiled-coil domain. A similar murine protein interacts with TNFR-associated factor 1 (TRAF1), TNFR-associated factor 2 (TRAF2), and cylindromatosis. The interaction with TRAF2 inhibits TRAF2-mediated nuclear factor kappa-B, subunit 1 activation that is required for cell activation and protection against apoptosis.Synonyms: RING finger protein 206, TRAF-interacting protein, TRIP
Molecular Weight 53294 Da
Gene ID 10293, 9606
UniProt Q9BWF2
Application Notes ELISA: 1/1,000. Western Blot: 1/50-1/100. Immunohistochemistry: 1/50-1/100.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
