KCC1 antibody, kcc1 antibody, SLC12A4 antibody, AW546649 antibody, RBCKCC1 antibody, Kcc1 antibody, solute carrier family 12 member 4 antibody, solute carrier family 12 (potassium/chloride transporter), member 4 L homeolog antibody, solute carrier family 12, member 4 antibody, SLC12A4 antibody, slc12a4.L antibody, Slc12a4 antibody
Background
Potassium-chloride cotransporters mediate the coupled movement of potassium and chloride ions across the plasma membrane. SLC12A4 mediates electroneutral potassium-chloride cotransport when activated by cell swelling and may contribute to cell volume homeostasis in single cells. SLC12A4 may play a role in early erythroid maturation events.Synonyms: Erythroid K-Cl cotransporter 1, KCC1, Solute carrier family 12 member 4
