Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 3.75 µg/ml. Western blot: 0.01 - 0.03 µg/ml. ELISA: 1/128000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
