Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 28 kDa band observed in human liver and brain lysates(predicted MW of 28 kDa according to NP_002620).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
