Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/8000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 50 kDa band seen in Human and Mouse Heart lysates. ChIP: reported by a customer to work very well in ChIP.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
