Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Approx 80 kDa band observed in Mouse Brain lysates(calculated MW of 70.0 kDa according to NP_001005743.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
