  • Application Notes
    Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 128000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 150 kDa and 22-20 kDa inHuman Brain (Hippocampus) lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Immunohistochemistry: 3-5 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland showsmembranous and fibrous staniing in and around secretory cells of the zona fasciculata inthe cortex.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
