Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit Dilution: 1/32000. Western blot: 0.3-1.0 μg/mL. Approx 65 kDa band observed in Human Thymus lysate(calculated MW of 69.5 kDa according to NP_004505.2.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
