    Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 128000. Western blot: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Approx 38 kDa and strong 23-28 kDa bands observed inlysates of cell line HeLa, approx 28 kDa also observed in human pancreas, kidney andskeletal muscle lysates (calculated MW of 36.8 kDa according to NP_005707.1,NP_974197.1 and NP_974199.1 and 26.8 kDa according to NP_974198.1 and NP_974223.1).
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
