Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 45 kDa band observed in human testis lysates (calculatedMW of 44.5 kDa according to NP_543026. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded human testis shows granularcytoplasmic staining of Leydig cells.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
