Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: 1/4,000. Western Blot: Detects a band of 75 kDa in HEK293 cells expressing exogenous FOXP4(1/5000 dilution, developed using ECL). No cross-reaction observed with HEK293 cellsexpressing exogenous FOXP2 or FOXP1. Predicted Molecular Weight: 74 kDa.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
