Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit Dilution 1/16000. Western blot: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Approx 22 kDa band observed in Human Kidney lysates(calculated MW of 22.2 kDa according to NP_005555.2). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 2-3 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Spleen shows staining of cytoplasm in mostly binucleatedcells, and of nucleoli in some of the non-dividing cells.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
