Description
ACYP1 (Acylphosphatase 1, erythrocyte (common) type) is a small cytosolic enzyme thatcatalyzes the hydrolysis of the carboxyl-phosphate bond of acylphosphates. Itsphysiological function remains unclear.
Specificity
This antibody detects Acylphosphatase 1 (ACYP1). It is expected to recognize isoform a (NP_001098. 1) only. Species Reactivity: Tested: HumanExpected from sequence similarity: Mouse, Rat

Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 128000. Western blot: 0.01-0.03µg/ml. Approx 15kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates(calculated MW of 11.3kDa according to NP_001098.1). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
