(Acylphosphatase 1, Erythrocyte (Common) Type (Acyp1))
ACYP1 (Acylphosphatase 1, erythrocyte (common) type) is a small cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of the carboxyl-phosphate bond of acylphosphates. Its physiological function remains unclear.Synonyms: ACYPE, Acylphosphate phosphohydrolase 1
