Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 128000. Western blot: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Approx 75 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Daudi(calculated MW of 67.5 kDa according to NP_003191.1).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
